Founder
Ramiro Carrazco
Grew up in the Sacramento region and received his BS from California State University, Sacramento. He is IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Expert Certified and holds an Organizational Change Management Practitioner Certification.
Ramiro began his professional career with KPMG, where he worked on IT infrastructure implementations for counties and utility districts. He later served as an IT Director at Stanford University where he successfully started an IT consulting firm. Ultimately, he returned to Public Service, with his last two roles as the IT Application Development Division Chief at the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the Chief Technology Officer at the California Employment Development Department (EDD). Ramiro has spoken at several conferences on topics such as innovation and remains actively involved in the Hispanic community.

Founder
George Akiyama
A Sacramento native, received his BS and MBA from California State University, Sacramento. His 27-year career with the State of CA encompasses a multitude of departments and includes service as the CIO for the FI$Cal Project and the
CA Department of Transportation. At DOT, he served as an appointee of the Brown and
Newsom administrations. George has previously worked for another Sacramento based
Lobbyist / Government Consulting Firm helping IT clients engage State IT leaders before recently launching MODESM.
